HELLO

Hi. I spend a lot of time bothering the squirrels over Hainault forest, tearing about and getting all muddy. Earlier today I met banjoboy who suggested I should give you guys a wave. So here I am. *WAVES*

I understand you all meet up and ride about, which sounds cool. I've been riding pretty-much daily for about a year, mainly in and around Hainault, and need to get my arse over to Epping or Thorndon to have a look. Anything trail-based is good for me. I'll have a look through the forum when I get more time and hopefully get to meet a few of you.

About me. Bought my first Marin in April 2012 to get fit after getting the opportunity to work from home. Ride for at least an hour every day, all weathers. Currently ride a Marin Eldridge Grade 2012 I bought in January, vanilla except for Easton Flatboys and some pretty bar end plugs. Already wore out the first set of BB bearings, which I'm told takes some doing. Plan to buy my first full-suspension next year, probably whatever Whyte replace the 109-S with. Bit OTT for the riding I do, but just look how lovely it is!

Hi Andy

Keep an eye on the ride calendar - there are a fair few rides that take place over the weekend - Thorndon is popular from Brentwood Karting car-park on Saturday and Sunday morning.
