Bearings shouldn't be that tight, the key is to remove them and out then in straight and even (not one side then the other, even by a tiny amount) just use a drift through the middle, any thing you can find that will fit that you can tap firmly with a hammer.

I have used a correcly sized (e.g. as close fit to the hole as possible) nut and bolt (and washers) to press my BB and headset in before, a lot cheaper than a puller kit. Hammering out such items is fine as long as you take your time and perferdly use a brass drift/bar to prevent damage/spread the load. THINK TAP OUT, NOT KNOCK OUT

A bolt, nut, some correctly sized washers and a socket set should give you all you need to pop bearings out

This is the hardware needed for the Voltage

2 x 61901 (24 x 12 x T6) < main pivot
6 x 61902 (28 x 15 x T7) < host link and rocker

same as the gambler - fairly standard stuff

But seriously now... As I don't know really what I'm doing I'll just leave it and when I have a chance or/and money I'll send it for a service.

For future reference the bearing kit can be found on Ebay as well: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171013246487? ... 1423.l2649

Thanks for your input guys!
