Des anyone know of a descent bike shop that can help me out with putting a double or single chain guide on my bike? It's one of those jobs I won't be able to do alone!

Speak to Nick Tonks - he'll be able to sort you out (depending on where you live...)

Loads of us use him for repairs and upgrades rather than LBS :) Much cheaper

PM me if you want his details.
