Des anyone know of a descent bike shop that can help me out with putting a double or single chain guide on my bike? It's one of those jobs I won't be able to do alone!

Loads of us use him for repairs and upgrades rather than LBS

Much cheaper

Failing that,I believe your your in the cheshunt area go see dan at stanly bridge in the abbey.plenty will agree.

Dan at stanley bridge cycles is very good
