Air in hoses ?, worn out ?, or contaminated, could be a few reasons.

I use Irfanview to resize pix to post here.

It could be down to a number of reasons.

contaminated pads (you'd probally know if you've touched the rotor/pads/calliper with any contaminant [oil, grease etc])

sticky pistons - pistons not returning into the housing properley.

calipers not alligned properley

rotors warped

Its not this.

are they Avids? if so get used to it?
It could be they're not bed in properly, aligned properly or most likely pads are contaminated?

Did they pdi the bike before you getting it.. Maybe as said they got a bit liberated with the GT85/Teflon spray and contaminated the pads.. Take it being a voodoo bike it's from Halfrauds... Take it back and say its not right.. See what they say..

If the brakes are avids get used to the howling as when they get wet they are very noisy...

Scrub the discs with really really hot soapy water, rinse clean the. Wipe with some kitchen towel or similar.

I've never had this with avids although they always need bleeding. I've been off the bike 12wks and have still had to bleed them twice :)
