I think it was more his knees in the end... I'm going to catch up with him today. I know he's ordered the 661 knee and elbow pads (light ones) that I use.

Just hope it hasn't put him off!

Before I saw it I took a guess as to where you were talking about. Nearly made the same mistake but managed to stop in time. Its fairly step and the ditch is a good 4 ft deep.

From this day forth that drop shall forever be known as 'Grose Drop'. Or possibly 'Whoa Shit Drop'.

The bit on Richards gopro footage where stumpie takes a closer look at the mangled and disfigured body, steps back and exclaims 'Whoa Shit!' had me chuckling.

From looking at his Strava comments, his doing OK.
