Some of you may read that I had a slight disagreement with the new rock garden at Aston Hill, managed to go otb and plow my right shoulder into one of the rocks, with the bike on top of me. No damage to the bike luckily.

however, dislocated shoulder and 3 stiches in the leg:

Didn't think the leg looked bad until realised i had gone through to the muscle. an inch lower down and i would have fractured my kneee cap...

No chance of making the gravity enduro this weekend....

Jim - may be joining you a on a recovery ride

Ouch Tom !! But luckily not smashed knee cap or broken shoulder by the sounds of it. I dislocated a shoulder few years back and really important to get a good physio on board ASAP so rotor cuff don't freeze up in the sling. Mega healing vibes sent dude.

I'm out for my first gentle ride since my accident, bone slowly fusing (3 month next check up) but surgeon and physio say its ok now as its plated and if its a flat trail and I don't fall off!! At least I am going to be on two wheels I suppose :)
