Was looking for someone to sort out my forks today and saw this link. Decided to give him a shout via email. Emailed me back real quick and provided a real decent quote.

Thought I would give Chelmer Cycles a call just to compare and the guy in the servicing/workshop was really unhelpful. I like Nick who works in Chelmer cycles but the guy that works in the road bike section always talks to me like I am stupid (Probably coz I am but when I am spending money I at least like people to speak to me normally!)

They couldn't give me any sort of definitive quote the range was from £80 to and unknown amount basically. And as money is tight this month that wasn't really what I wanted to hear. I like to know what I am in for if I am spending money rather than being surprised with it at the end!

So I am going with Pedal-worx and depending on how it goes, will probably stick with them for all of my bikes and the other halves. By the sounds of all of the recommendations that seems likely.

Cheers everyone... just try do my best for people in my little shed, without the need to pull their pants down in the process... Ive been in the bike game for years, and know how hard it is to find a good mechanic to look after your pride and joy, and to satisfy your demands.
Just glad everyone is chuffed with what im doing
