Hi guys, I have taken maximum advantage of my Boris bike allowance to buy a MTB. I would now like to join a group for rides in Epping forest on weekends and the odd evening.

As the newbie I will even bring light refreshments to divert attention from my lack of ability!

Hi Peter,

I'm in Forest Gate so head up to Epping quite a lot, going tomorrow morning if you want to join :)

Still a newbie myself so pace will be gentle with plenty of stops :D

I sometimes ride the Epping Forrest on a Wednesday night or do a route down to the Thames.... Mostly after work now
