Ive been racing the UK Gravity enduro rounds and a few of the Enduro1/Xfusion events as well, and the season is winding down now.
They are the toughest races I have done in terms of fitness and ability, as its essentially four or five downhill races, usually longer than most downhill tracks, with uphill thrown in, and then riding between them.
I can only recommend doing it though. The enduro1 series have a sport class, which a few guys from here have entered, which is non competitive but still a good standard. I'm going to be entering most enduro races next year in both these series, so give me a shout if you are looking at them.
I actually marshalled for the enduro1 race at aston hill last weekend (wasnt racing due to injury), and had a really good time, and was good to see the other side of racing.
