Haha.... like it 9.30am where do you guys normally meet in High Beach, i myself usually right knighton and various parts of Epping but rarely done much in high beach.

Im happy to try new
i usually go from high beach which is where i know best, there is about 45 mins which i loop for a couple of hours. but im really happy to try new areas
im not that fit but im keen
