The whole of your wheels went in :-)
you can only come with a clean bike so we can watch you get it dirty again.
im happy either day, so will fit in with any one elses time slot.
maybe i can research a different route?

Hi all,
Great hour and a half -suffering from a cold .
A bit of a muddy day and the leaves hidding the trail was the worse .
Loved the blind jumps scared the rear out of me totally un expected.

Epping is still a scary place for me ..........
But go back as soon as I can.
next trip Thetford ..........
(dosing myself up with night nurse etc. )
Good company and see you soon

Hi,
4 hour Endro race..
If it is wet GOOD slows every one down to my speed.
Practise first lap speed up second fall of third eat picknic fourth drink to those going bye fifth six pray for the end seven hid in bushes so dont have to go round go round again is my normal stratagy.
Ask question at the start as to what lies ahead save energy walking/ riding it.
Worn every body that I knock people off as the go bye.
look for a slow racer and intemerdate till they leave me either ahead or behind .
Main thing is to keep peddling and peddling and peddling till the times up.
(Nic told me it was FLAT oh no..... )

Thetford winter series is awesome my best result in a race ever 4 yrs ago. Danbury is a top training ground as deep wet sand is a thetford staple :)

Do not know if I can get to the rest the other half is in barcelona so got a weekend gate pass - no over time to get in the way either .
