 Post subject: Danbury xc Sunday 3rd November 03/11/13

10 o clock start all welcome. Im planning on going Backwards isn (common,Lingwood,then down Fir tree lane, Thriftwood, Little bit of Wales Etc) theory being we go down through heather hills and down the wet climb by scrub wood and climb up into blakes wood on the dry climb

How long do these rides last approximately, If you start at 10 what time do you expect to be back at the car park ?

12-1pm 14 ish miles with a coffee break and we go at the pace of the slowest rider. (me since the op I have no Stamina)

I have no stamina either, reckon i may pop a long for some of this and aim to get back by 12:30 :)

Up that big hill again after the cake stop... gets the old legs and lungs going...

I may not be their this weekend as have party on saturday night.. see how it flows.....

Geoff and I will be there, also a couple of guys from HMBC that i ride with mid week.

does this route go anywhere near the Baddow pump track ? going to break out the hardtail from hibernation for this as a winter hack affair.

I think the nearest we get to the pumptrack is the actual starting point - the car park. Most of the ride will be on the north side of Danbury (A414)... unless the others know other areas I am not aware of.
