Looking to either do Saturday or Sunday, i must admit i only restarted riding back last October but ive fallen into the XC side of things more than the downhill, but i would love to try and get a regular ride every weekend, my usual riding friends are not fans of the adverse weather or are busy, so any of those gents who i met the other weekend willing to show a noob other places to ride please?

really not ventured out of epping apart from hadleigh courtesy of some of the forum members, which was fun so looking to get out more.

I ride Epping most Sundays, usually start 10:30... 11:00 ish.

I've just about strung a decent loop of single track together that avoids fire roads etc.

Must admit to be completely lost for various bits of that ;)

I usually ride for a bit longer than that one but had to be home early... my pace is 'gentle'

Happy to meet up one Sunday... can't do this Sunday as I'm off to Wales :)

Most of us are sick of the mud in Epping and it's worth considering traveling to better drained woods.swinley forest,Woburn and even Aston hill xc are good wet weather options.a few of us have done these places in the last few weeks but either last minute decisions or after work night rides.will start posting some rides up in the coming weeks:)
