Hello all,

Was riding in the North Downs on Saturday (our usual haunt as the south coast is a bit lame for trails) and bumped in to John and Tom - hence me joining.

Im a trail/all mountain rider on a giant trance, nothing special but I get around and down ok.
Had a few big offs this year and its slowed me down a bit......

Always up for travelling up for rides (we have to travel from our end for anything decent) and up at the North Downs a fair bit (winter riding too).

Will keep an eye on the rides board and post ours too.

Cheers,
Ollie

Hello all,

well in Southampton we have Lordswood - quite a lot of unofficial trails and jumps (some bloody hardcore I would not attempt) but it gets bulldozed every couple of years and apparently has been again recently.

Also there is Blackwood near Winchester - but its now being used for logging timber so officially closed to the public.

New Forest is XC only - not many hills.

QE is ok for a mid week ride but very limited.

We have to travel and its always worth the trip to the North Downs.
Going to check out Rogate soon and I hear Ceasars Camp is worth a visit too?
