Might as well get this up now,as footie on sunday so staying local.
9.15 start, ride to Whipps stop for tea and chat 20/30mins then back to High Beach. Its around 20/22 miles in all and will take anything from 2.1/2h to 3hrsish depending on how many times we have to stop and the tea chat at whipps lol

If the weather holds the trails should be awesome. Get yer name down folks

Neither Whipps, High Beach or HB mean much to me. Is that in Epping forest ?
Looking at the map I can easily find High Beach in Epping forest ?
I haven't done any serious XC for a while so how difficult/fast the pace will from 1 to 10 (10 is being hardest) for I don't want to be slowing you down and making everyone miserable

I shouldnt worry, The pace will be as fast as the slowest rider unless you are awfully unfit in which case we will leave you to get lost lol. 1-10 well thats awkward to pigeon hole for people but at a guess aroung 5-7 I would say. Anything you might not be comfortable with just get off and walk its really not a problem.Its about enjoyment and coming back in one piece.

5-7 if you say I should be alright with that I know its all about fun but you know how it is if someone is really slow or unfit, nobody wants to stop and wait every 20-30mins

I would love is someones shows me the tracks and Sunday might be the a good day to start. Still not sure about the meeting point ?
Is it near the Kings Oak Hotel ?
