Thanks Chatman,

One thing I forgot to ask is what sort of distance is the course? Can't find that info anywhere? Or is it just how many laps can you do in the timeslot?

Laps are normally about 3.5 to 4 miles each, morning session normally get in 3 or 4 laps afternoon about 6 or 7

Which ride are you going for? the morning one or the pm one? My son cant make is, his best friend's birthday bash so I have now the choice.

Having said that, I am will be riding the Wiggle Devils MTB in Sussex on Saturday 17th so lets hope my bike wont get another bashing, although it should be a lot drier than Ups&Donws was.

I have double booked myself as there is a country show on the same day, so if I do the race it will be the morning one again. so i can get back in time...

I am 5 th on the starting line with three behind , dropped from 8 th to 14th in national ranking , hoping after the weekend that I will be up in the 5/6th place .
With lots more fun to come .
diesel Ford escort has a lot of miles to do in the near future ....
Not to happy going back to braintree though . But ta king a brave pill before the off.

Im going to bail on this one unfortunately :( Its just dodgey timing for me as its coming towards the end of the academic year, and i have an exam the day after this.

Hopefully i can go to another MSG event at another time.
