Hi guys new to the forum and just started getting into mtb and recently bought myself a hard tail. Does anyone know of any good trails or routes around the harlow/sheering and hatfield Heath area?
Any info would be much appreciated.

Ok thanks mate I know of both of them but just wondered if there was any smaller woods/trails around sheering/hatfield Heath way to have a practice in. I don't think I'm ready for Epping yet. Lol.

If you go to north weald you can go for a lap about fromthe back of the blakes golf course through to coopersale and then on to epping.

Good fun to explore, pretty flat through out

You can weave a good route with some road stuff if you head into north weald via potter street and go the back way to weald bridge road then over the talbot and take a left up to the radio station.

Rode over to coppersale from tawney common using the footbridge that passes over the M11! just having a scout about! from coppersale is it a road ride or can you cut through some bridleway to Epping?

It is tricky but you can ride a minimal amount on the road, you can get all the way to the plains at the top of epping then scoot through the town and then rejoin the forest all the way to chingford or leyton
