Hi guys,

Wondering if there is anyone around Hornhurch / Romford area that knows any routes locally and if so could be a guide!?

I'm fairly fit but haven't biked for a few too many years so I'm hoping I wouldn't slow you down too much.

Seems to be not much in terms of MTB terrain in the area so thinking of putting some road / paved trail slicks on it for the time being just to get some miles going but hopefully some one can help!

Hi, I'm Romford way and have just got into MTB. I've been going up to Epping and Hainault. If you'll allow very unfit people to tag along I'm up for it. I prefer mud to tarmac though!!

As Russell says! theirs a few of us around this area so all good! Thorndon, Weald, Belhus woods!, Hornchurch CP etc.!
Usually ride week days as work nights!, or night ride when off my shift!

Hi,
Live in Rainham shift worker .
Know a few places to stretch your legs.
Do not be fooled by Ingrebourne valley it has some little surprises if you know where to look.
Davy Downs is pretty good and a nice ride to and b ack.
The marshes is ok for a leg stretcher and the chase River sides to Romford are good fun.
