Well I'm on childcare duties in the morning so I will have to get my Epping fix in the afternoon...

Route will be single track, fire road and who knows maybe the odd hill if we can find one ;)

1:00pm at Bury Rd car park. http://goo.gl/maps/BFzFT

The car park linked looks a bit different now as it's in two halves now... rough part and a tarmac part. Either part is fine as you can see one from the other.

I'll be in a blue VW Transporter

All welcome :)

As much as it pains me, I can't have a friends christening to attend :( next time though.

Fitness level isn't a problem.... I'm old and fat :D

bondhan... nearest station is Chingford... you can see it on the map linked in the first post... it's about 2 minutes from the car park.

Really enjoyed the ride today... short, sharp and sweet :) Epping is running so nicely... pretty much dry with just the odd muddy patch to keep you on your toes.

Feels like you are sprinting everywhere  although Strava tells me that my idea of sprinting may not be all that much :D

Good to see two new faces
