I cannot thank all the people who have worked on the trails at Danbury Common enough.

Hadn't been over there in 17 years (when I spent all my free time on Treasure Island), the runs are tremendous.

The canyon and its neighboring drop offs eventually felt warmly familiar (and was pleased to get back and riding them again).

I am sure that I'll be back again very soon to try an regain all of my lost skills (and bottle!). Will have to work a lot harder to get the wings back.....

If you see a bald bloke stack  a '04 GT Pantera or '95 Orange P7 say hi ! (and I promise to leave the GT BMX in the shed as a memorial to my youth ....)

Now back to Retrobike to buy more stuff I couldn't afford BITD and try to resist the urge for an new full susser...

Sounds like a similar story to mine.

Welcome along, will try and get over Danbury this Sunday myself, not on my retro GT but my new full suspension one that I had an urge to buy the other week :D

Lets see how long you can hold out for!

Cheers guys. I expect I'll keep it to quiet weekdays to avoid the busy weekends (and holding up the runs!) and will keep an eye on the calendar. (PabloGT, saw the '94 Avalanche. Very nice!)
What steed did you end up on? Ill be keeping on the hardtails and rigid for the moment, but if a bargain comes up later.....

Cheers,

Will

Looked at lots of bikes but for some reason kept coming back to the GT Sensor, so ended up with that. Think there is a picture of it on the same page as my other bike further down.
