Enjoyed the ride a lot. Trails are in very good condition with the odd puddle of mud which can be partly avoided. Hope Harvey recover quickly from the crash.

I have to find that in famous climb somewhere north or north east in the forest. It's very technical.

See you next time!
Your not thinking of the bastard are ya?

Yes, that's the one. Where abouts is it?

Well really enjoyed today's ride 22 miles of twisty, flowing, rooty, muddy, dry, up, down, slow and fast Epping loveliness :high5:

Route for those interested ;)

Harvey... hope the wrist is ok and you made it back to the car without too much trouble!

Thats a nice long ride, all the way to the top. No one said that before. Save it for next time Bugeye. I away next weekend and then London to Brighton off-road on 20th so it will be 3-4 weekends before I join in on the next ride.

Yes it's been a while since we got to to northern end of the forest, not sure why really.

The trail than runs along the side of the road going north is really good . It starts off tight and twisty because you are jammed between the bushes and the bog that runs up the middle but as it opens out it gets drier and faster. Add in a little bit of downhill gradient to help keep the momentum up and its a blast ;)
