In that case I'm going to have to go with 'Yes' and 'I don't know'.

Yes.... it will be fine on anything we ride in Epping.

I would say I haven't ridden or ridden with anyone on a Fat bike so can't really comment on how they compare on pace with a normal mountain bike so that's the 'I don't know' part ;)

I'd say come along and give it a go... if it's not working out for you you can always cut the ride short and head back to the car park.

Work is starting to get in the way of my biking... not good. I was hoping to get down and meet some of you lot (and learn to ride a bit better) this weekend, but now i have to drive to Cumbria on Sunday. Gonna have to wait another week i guess :twisted:

what kinda things do you guys wear when out mountain biking?

ive got riding jersey, cycling long shorts is this right or something different

Full body armour with a full face helmet should be ok or a tutu and pink feathers if it gets a bit hot...

It's all the rage now you know.

Sounds about right + helmet water and tools / spares and ur sorted.
