Ah can't do this. I ride the Quantocks a few times a year. Lots of good stuff. Crowcombe hill, like all the rest, is best going down! The best bits are at the southern end, great wood and Triscombe. I normally set off from Williton as that's where my father in law lives.

Have fun! One of my favourite places to ride. I'd park at the top of Crowcombe hill (Crowcombe park gate) then you can ride across the top of the hills either way and drop down into any of the descents. I meant that going down crowcombe is the best, pretty fast. The trails down into Holford are fun too, pretty rocky in places. Sheep's combe is also a great descent. Go over to the great woods and you'll find the dh trails. Quite a few from here have ridden them as there is a friendly chap who runs an uplift in Triscombe.

I'll try and remember next time I'm down that way. There is an event called the Quantock Quake, which is held in September, in it's 2nd year looks good. Also I do a big Exmoor ride (400 riders+) every year called the Exmoor Explorer. Quantocks is definitely a gem though, glad you enjoyed it.
