Greetings

I live in Broxbourne a short ride from the woods & spitting distance from lea valley park & about a month ago bought 2 bikes for me & the misus both good quality bikes from Giant a Talon 29er for me & a Tempt for her both Rockshox models as the Suntour shocks had bad write ups.

I ve been slowley training the misus how to ride hers & hope to eventually get her to the Bike Parks in Wales but for now the Tow Paths will have to do for her & when Im on my own I can go faster & further

Would like to Learn the local trails & Kayaking is another sport I do & hopefully I can combine the two
