Hi Laura
Is High Beech in Harlow? Do you usually meet up
Weekends or in the week?

I'm just doing short rides a couple of nights a week
At the moment but, you always do a bit more when
Your with others.

When are you heading out next? Broxbourne woods is pretty
Good. Worth a visit.

Liz

Hi Liz

High beech is near Epping, which is about 20mins or so away from here. Prob bout the same distance from here to broxbourne too. I tend to go out weekends mostly or as im a postie usually free in afternoons and evenings!

Probably will try and head out this weekend. Depending on weather. If your around we should meet up.

What kinda riding do u like doing? Been doing mostly single track at the moment but need to train more on hills!!

What bike have you got Laura? Have you gone for
The girlie option. I nearly did but then changed my mind.

It's not your postie bike is it ? Lol.

Aiders, saying how close to Epping I am I haven't been but,
I believe it's pretty good for all abilities. Probably best to go
With someone who knows a decent route.

How bout u liz?

Have contemplated about postie bike on trails, handy on storage but weighs a ton!!!! Lol

Aiders where bout in Harlow r u? I'm in church Langley. Epping is really good, been on a couple of rides with some guys on here. It's really good, they don't leave anyone behind.

If you are in Harlow and want to do some rides for fitness i help run a club in the town and we do 2 rides a week aimed at people getting back into cycling and wanting to improve fitness. the rides are really easy going and social but good preparation for a sunday morning at epping. if you are interested pm me and i will send you some details. also it is national bike week next week, which means we have rides organised for every evening.

Neil,

I would be interested too. Harlow is not too far for me.

Laura,

I looked at the kona Lisa as the local bike shop is a Kona dealer. I really liked it but, iv always loved Specialized. I am now on my 4th bike (I get bored easily). Iv got a Specialized FSR XC Expert. I really like it. Will probably change it though soon, ha!

Has anyone been up to Cannock "Chase trrails"? That is is brill!! I hope to get up there next month if anyone would be interested? If you have not heard of it google chase trails or follow the dog.

Liz
