Well Epping doesn't get much better than it was today..... just awesome :D :D

Good to see everyone and nice to meet some new faces

Ice cream stop before the final run down to the car park may become a regular feature I think

Enjoyed the ride up until about 10 minutes before the lunch stop where my legs just completely let go. I think i made the right choice not continuing as i would have been a burden to everyone just falling behind, and it would have crossed over into the point where its no lomger enjoyable for me.

Thanks again for leading again Martin. Mice to meet new people as always. Hopefully ill be better next time out!

Good ride today by the Epping Tour guide.. The place still amazes me on how much it has.

Smashed in the face loads of times by trees, bushes, branches lol

I was proper fucked today after yesterday's 32 miler and then a bit of epping in the sun today... So off to get pizza a beer to rest now :-)

I got there late about 10.05 and no sign. Still had a ride on my own. Went quite directly to the bacon stop but got there a bit early (about 11). I did manage to bump into VW and his pals on the trails though :)
