 Post subject: London to southend off road - BHF

Hey everyone. I signed up to the british heart foundation off road ride last night. Anyone else on here taking part?
Looks like an easy ish ride.. about 40 miles or so.
entry fee is 25 pound for anyone interested.

I am signing up did it last year ,i would say about half of it is on quiet roads /cycle paths etc.
Got a guy from work going to do it as well.

Its an easy route to do and mostly flat, last part will go up Castle Hill by the Hadleigh Castle, that's about the steepest part.

If you do this as a warm up for the London to Brighton off road BHF ride end of Sept... Nice 75 miler :lol: :lol: :lol:

Didn't know there was an off road London to Brighton. I'll be checking that out now :D.

Hi Harvey good to hear from you.
You should be ok on this ride Langdon hills and the finish is the only climbing to speak of
its a 40 mile event young to old and all abilities be good to see you .
