I have a Renthal Apex stem for sale if you are interested? It's 70mm. £35.
If the build is 650b I have Spesh Butcher Control / Purgatory Control / Slaughter control tyres you can have. 2 for £30?

Ordered a pair of Five Tens, got them for £40, they retail at over £95

Skylinecycles, in Afan where doing them. Most sizes but best to check. Also found their website was a bit naff so bear with it. Look in the clearance part.

My new clown shoes, very comfy and grippy.

What did you get? Shifter, chain, cassette and rear mech? That's what I'm looking into but need to wait for ispec-b to be in stock on the shifter...

I'm currently thinking about this upgrade (or downgrade, point of view). But I would stick to XTR cassette because the XT 11speed is seriously heavy.
Which chainring(s) have you got?

Evoc 16L lots room food, lights jacket & tools. Didn't come with bladder, looks long but fits well on slim built rider ;)

On both packs sholder straps has hole for ventilation & whistle
