Sonal, lift is yours then if you want, if you can get to Shenfield train station for 930 that will be great (go for a fast train that will Stratford then Shenfield).

A bike shaped box has turned up at my pals, so as long as I can translate some of that new bike excitement into getting him up tomorrow we should make it. Saved your number Matt, just incase we dont though :thumbup:

Argh I am tempted but sadly my helmet is also in that box with the bike somewhere in a courier van ... Plus I'm a tad smaller than five seven no worries guys I'll be better prepared next time thankyou!

I really sorry to do this to everyone but I need to cancel todays ride, I'm really feeling ill at the moment. I spent all day yesterday on top of one of the boilers and its f**ked me

I felt sha**ed saturday, i've been working too many hours over the last three weeks for a shutdown at work, friday was the last day of it thankfully (but spent the whole day setting up the safely valves on top of the boiler, the fun of 45 bar pressure steam at 350-400 degrees).

I'm away for a bit of a break but plan do sort out a ride once i get back, really sorry once again
