Chaps, how does this race actually work? I'm booked in, but really not sure what the format of an Enduro actually is?

Are we replying to the booking email with a team name?

Enduro is like car rallies, where there is timed dh stages with transitional up hill sections (some have time limits while others don't). The racers will start in number order with 30 second intervals. To make it easier for organising the transfer times are generous with the idea being keep everyone in race number order. The course and transfers are all marked up, marshes are at start/finish line for timing.

Good luck chaps. These are on my To Do list next year (bit tricky at the mo, just had another baby...). Never done an event before but looks easy enough to get involved?

The Southern Enduro stuff on Facebook looks like that might be good too.

I plan to ride the southern enduro and enduro1 all rounds if you want to get involed in racing next year, all very easy to get into with well thought out courses (difficult enough to challenge people but all rollable features).

Cheers Matt, that sounds ace. I'll stay in touch via the forum.

See the Southern Enduro prices have been announced today - £42.50 a race, or £160 if you buy all four together.

Time to dust down the full sus for some winter tuning. :)
