Broxbourne/ Derry woods running superbly today, like dry summer trails with Automanal gold everywhere, albeit you need to know the trails as they are truly covered in a lot of places!

Weathers getting thorndon very muddy already in sections (main soil based paths), trail trails are running ok at the moment

Fist time @ Swinley yesterday since the new trails went in. Really enjoyed it as I love flat corners and berms. Conditions were a bit splashy but generally very good. Will be back over winter.

Cannock chase, running good as a genial rule but some of the rock gardens have a slippy mud/sand surface dragged on from the rest of the trails

Swinley, only 2 parts were closed. Muddest part was the fireroad, running all good with some maintenance work been carried out

Wormley pretty good today. Very slippery top but still mostly solid underneath so much fun to be had :)

Danbury runs and general xc stuff is heavily coated in leaves, this hides lots of slippy mud, Stay sharp!

Epping is very leafy, lots of sniper roots.. bits of bog, bits of good running. Still good fun for a quick blast.
