I dont think its as light as some xc carbon full sussers. 2.2kg from memory without shock but the xx forks are lighter than pikes and hopefully the wheels come in light.

Revelation XX is a light fork definetly lighter than Pike's.!!
Your wheel build should be quite light as I know Kom's are a good light rim, I would guess mid to high 1500g's did you decide on hubs and spoke type etc..??
What do you think you will end up with between 12.5-14kg fully built bike..?

The hubs are straight pull Sun Ringle from a set of 29er wheels I had. The spokes were going to be bladed DT's but chelmer rang me to say that normal round ones will be better for strength and tension.
Hopefully the weight will come in around 12.5kg

As a guide, my Stumpy (SWorks Carbon frame) is 14.5KG

With my new wheels (when the rims eventually arrive!) should lower this figure to around 14KG.

Sounds good
Must admit though if I were building another set of wheels I would use Sapim CX Rays they are just stronger and lighter than most..!!
Sod the expense..
That is until Sapim released the "super spoke" the weight and strength and tensions of these spokes are insane..!!

Ignore my post above, that 14.5KG is for my Fatboy. My mind is muddled.
I don't think I have weighed the Stumpy. Will do so later.

Stumpy is 13.2KG
I think this will come down to 12.8 with the new wheels. Probably less if I change the tyres (currently running DHF and DHRII).
