Hi all,am thinking on getting either specialized big hit or demo,any thought's on either would be appreciated

New or used? The Demo is a full-on dual-crown downhill bike, Big Hit is freeride/downhill with lower spec components. I'd love a Demo but it's twice the price of the Big Hit. Shame they don't sell the SX Trail here anymore.

The new BigHit or old style one? Titally different bikes.

If its the old style, its 24" rear wheel. Get the 26" linkage kit.

I had the old 24" rear wheel big hit and have a 2007 demo 7 at the mo. Both are full on DH, its the new bighit thats more free-ride based.

My demo rides better, but then it has 2011 boxxers on it as opposed to my custom 2006 boxxers. I also had some shitty manipoo rear shock on the bighit.
Bighits are miles cheaper tho, but Id rather have my demo any day

Aye...thats the only thing....you can pick up a bighit for half the price of a demo.
