Pablogt its not a huge place but the ground is good (loam and sand),its rideable all year round and we have quite a few short freeride style tracks.nothing huge but got some berms and booters around!got so many plans but not enough diggers or time to put them into fruition

Someone leave a bike there?

Looks like it died an honorable death :)

Great little fun place you have, lots of potential :) Not super easy to find, ended up doing a loop of the field to the left of the carpark before I finally found it.

Just as I was leaving three guys came walking through the path that follows the river and sat down on the other side of the fallen tree near that bike, so I think a few people do know its there.

I hit most of the lines, cased the gap nicely with my back wheel too :) I see there was a trail in progress where another tree had fallen, following the line of that other road. That looks like it can go on for a while when its done. Keep up the good work!

Yeah the stoners know where it is,hence all the mini gas canisters all over the place and burnt out tents!yeah there have been some mysterious builders down there.not seen them or know who they are and they, have just turned up and started building stuff!I have my plans to keep building and making new trails, jumps etc but at the moment I'm trying to keep everything running and don't have much time to build new stuff

Hi, moved to Stortford recently, checked out this spot down the river, doesn’t look like anyone’s been down there for a while, any one up for ride down there sometime?

Hello!

I’ve just moved to BS too.
Getting a mtb soon after years of running.

Do you guys meet regularly?

Cheers

Hi mate, not really, have just got back into mtb myself and up for getting out on some trails, Seems there is a reasonable choice round here with more technical stuff at Chicksands bike park about an hour away. Happy to meet up and check out some trails once you have your ride sorted.

What sort of bike you looking at buying?
