Just sneaking in from last year....Xmas trip to Scotland.

Winlatter, Glentress and Loch Venachar.





January.

Trip to Llandegla.



February.

Loads of Bedgebury



March.

Yorkshire Dales, Crummack dale and the Settle loop.





April.

Ullswater.







Then off to Wales for a bit of the Trans Cambrian Way.



May.

Peaks. Hope cross and Cutgate.



Bit of the South Downs Way.



June.

Chicksands.



July.

Peaks, Macclesfield Forest this time and a bit wet





August... busy month

Scotland. Mabie Forest, Glen Affric, Ullapool to Bonar Bridge and a stop in the Lakes on the way back.









Later in the month C2C on the ( say it quietly ) the road. 144 miles, 11400 ft of climb... never again





September & October.

Epping..... running spot on



November.

Welsh Wales. Mawddach Estuary or rather the bloody great hills above it



Plus a trip to BPW

December.

Back in the Peaks... Hope Valley again and a stop at Cannock Chase on the way up.



Finished the year off with a ride from Ivinghoe Beacon to Aston Hill.

12 miles of XC..... 5 mins of terror on slippy chalk and roots the another 12 miles of XC



Roll on 2017.

My look a bit flat. But had two good trips to BPW & number trips to Chicksands

Yep must admit it's been a good year with some stunning rides.

Would say it's hard to beat the Peaks though... best bang for your buck.....3.5 hrs away and more riding than you can shake a stick at

I had fun
After off seemed to have number small ones, Did have a lesson with Tom Dowie at Chicksands he kill off demons.
Will going back next year to get wheels off ground higher.

decided 2016 was my last year racing as my results were getting worse and the expense was getting higher! got some good pics though.

Now I've been to BPW I recognise bits on the videos
