Got a new winter project on the go while I'm broken.

With the Tranny going to G to live out its life going slowly and being covered in GT85 constantly.

So the wife needed a new ride not to use and I fancied something XC Agro.

Still going to need a few bits like drive train and brakes.

Saracen Mantra Carbon and a set of pikes are winging their way here.

Lol the colour is going to be changed. (To appease the wife) replacing the yellow with a glittery purple/pink

Well it's here, wife likes it but the yellow has to go lining up a metallic ruby red like for like where the yellow is.

Bargain set of pike RCT3's oh and I accidentally bought a set of carbon WTB I24 wheels for the Minion so this will be getting me Halo vapours.

These are the happy accident.

And here's the bike together enough for Mrs VW to try it for size.

No not a boost fork, completely pointless (boost that is)
the WTB rims get a good write up, not yet convinced on the hubs. (Goldtec???)

I only asked as the fork looked boost in first pic with frame..

Hubs are probably re-branded Novatec...!!

Thats what i'm hoping, that is most likely the case. should find out tomorrow!

So been an expensive week and spent most of today vinyl wrapping.

Now she's all built up just need a mech and shifter but really cant spend any more this month as i've way over spent and need to buy a 11speed XD cassette for the very lovely carbon wheels.



to do is the replacement saracen transfers that should be here tomorrow.

Come on payday, need to buy shifters!
