Hi, I have just moved to Dagenham from Cardiff and looking to find some good spots for ridding locally and in the South East generally. If anyone is out and about and doesn't mind me tagging along that would be great. Also if there are any group rides / clubs about please let me know.

Welcome along, what sort of riding are you after? Best place local is Thorndon/Brentwood, normally meet up on a Tuesday night for a bit of jumping and trail riding, not as good as the Welsh hills but still great fun

I'm up for checking out any ridding spots really. Can't beat some natural single track or a day out exploring the hills. I'm mainly used to ridding our old local trails or trail centres, odd day over bike park wales and some trips further afield to snowdonia and Scotland. I like what I've read about Peaslake and going to have a look around Epping. Whereabouts do you recommend around Thorndon?

Right I'm not working anymore so will have the whole day available if you wanted to start earlier or an all day ride in Surrey hills
