Always keen for an Afan tripmate but wont be healed up enough by then - if ur in that region maybe consider doing FOD as well. Much prefer that over cwm for uplifting \and its on 20 mins off the m4

Im going from the 18th to the 21st, gonna do cwmcarn on the way up there if your up for it steelal

Rats, was hoping it wasn't going to be that weekend as I am in the Peaks then so wont be able to make it.

I would be intrested in meeting up there, as i wouldnt be able to leave until friday after work. where will you be camping, Drop off campsite?

Cool i will ask mates, rode that track there last year, but we stayed closer to the start of whites near the drop off cafe (by the trout fishery).

whats the genaral level of fittnes with you guys, can you ride to the top of whites? If you can non stop your much fitter then me. LOL
