I completed the L2B Off Road last month and really enjoyed the event. It was tough, but a do able 75 miles mostly off road traffic free route.

BHF also organise a South Downs event, 100 miles which I am thinking of doing next year. There's another one Peak District which is much shorter but more technical.

Just wondering if anyone can contribute their (recent) experiences of other events, preferably South East, off road, no traffic, fully marshalled or sign posted.

Cheers.

I did the South East coast Off road 58 miller, It was hellish and only had very small bits of fun. Much harder than the L2B and no where near as much fun.
i've done a few of the road ones on a MTB like London - Southend and London - Cambridge which are both fun.

Good insights thank you. I have done London Southend but on my road bike. That's definitely another option.

I also note the charity rides it will be difficult to do say 4 per year and raise the sponsorship. It will get expensive sponsoring myself!
