Ben, think i'm going to struggle with Swinley this week. Would be keen on heading back over to Hadleigh though if you fancy? Ideally a bit earlier though, especially if the frost stays away...

ARogers, always good to meet new people on the trails, if you want to meet up on Sunday at Hadleigh that'd be great, like Ben said for the decent XC at Thorndon it's best left until the spring really, at the moment it's more of a swim than a cycle!

If you want to go to Hadleigh again, that's fine with me.
