Ideally at around 3pm, but I could go also at 6pm.

I don't know the hills very well and it may take some time to find the spot. I've heard of pole Hill, right?

Yeah not very long but hard work. Not to sure how to explain toi get there although its not far from high beach. I guess the best person to ask might be Noel as he was doing HillWork recently.

I was riding with him last week mid week for less than 1 hour. It was quite strenuous, we did a few hills.

6pm is fine then, Noel.
We can meet at the roundabout near Whipp Cross hospital if it's convenient for you and if someone else is coming we can pick him/her up at the usual place.
