I'm prepared for this suggestion to fall flat on it face but here goes anyway!
Who'd be up for getting a custom Essex Herts Jersey done? I know this isn't a 'club' as such but it'd make us stand out a bit and meet ups would be easier!
I did a quick search on here and couldn't find any other discussion on this.
These guys are the experts. There's a choice of Freeride or normal Jersey with a max cost of £32 each for a minimum order of 15 :? See here.
People would have to come up with/agree on a logo and design and I'm no good at that stuff.
Soooo.... anyone interested?

I was thinking along the same lines as this. Will be a good advertisement when racing and passing all the other club riders....

Count me in, so that's 2 then now 13 more needed

Try www.gearclub.co.uk, we got all our CycleHarlow jerseys done by them and the quality and price are really good. They do small qty orders as well.

Don't mind who we use, decent price is obviously good! If we want hoodies then my sister can print them for around £15 a piece as she runs a screen printing business. She hasn't got the equipment to print en specialist fabrics yet though.

Good idea- like the bamsh design idea and baggy look.

Gotta be a XXL too!

And yes it certainly would stand out when at ride spots. Back in my raving days we used to put our clubbing forum names across the shoulder area! Lol mad days. Amazed I can still remember that. Anyway- might be an idea?

Tranny - thecyclejersey guys are rated the best and I have one of their mint sauce freeride jerseys which is great quality. Standard quality sports t shirts with single colour design would work out at 20-25 so not much cheaper. T shirts and hoodies are a different call.

Design wise, I think the white blue and green colour scheme from the website would look good (karve can you send me the colour and font codes)

I am waiting for thecyclejersey guys to get back to me with their template for another companies design I am doing so will use that to start. Check out the bamsh gallery for the style I do.

Just throwing it out there

for t's / hoodies, spreadshirt isnt bad, you can upload your own designs easily and save them, and the prices aren't too bad, if i remember correctly, hoodys are about £20, and T-shirts about £10

also you can set it in your shop so people can choose what products to put it on, and it stays there forever, so it wont be a put a order of 15 in for 15 people, then all pay back at rides etc., each can order themself what they want easily whenever they want

Edit:

Here's a example shop i set up a while ago for a site i was making for my mate (why he thought any1 would wana buy 1 i have no idea)

http://bencroftdh.spreadshirt.co.uk/

but you can see how people can choose main colour and size themselves, whilst all still having the same recognisable logo. as i know i like bright hoodies, but other prefer plainer like black and grey

avoids alot of faff with sizing and working out ordering it altogether from 1 place

i will shutup now
