Took my bike into the lbs last week Tues cause I needed new cassette and chainrings. Only to discover when off loading my bike that the pedal was loose in the crank. On closer inspection in noticed the Aluminium housing was loose. I bought the cranks on impulse of a guy on Bikeradar nearly two years ago, so thought I had no chance at warranty.
The guys at my lbs told me to leave it with them. They rang me this morning to say they had been replaced with new cranks and chainrings!
Such a luck!! Cant argue with customer service like that!
