As from tomorow i have untill tuesday next week off of work ( holiday ) not due to my dabury crash :lol:
anyone passing through Basildon on route to danbury with a spare seat in exchage for some petrol money id be more than happy to tag along an film as well.
just a thought :thumbup:

ps. i might not be able to go the weekend as im aking my 2 sons to the museums for a day out :thumbup:

Be careful when you go to the museum this weekend.............they are stock taking... :angel:

i might get over danbury this week just for an easy one....just went out today for the first time since the knee op 10 days ago, gonna go out again tomorrow if its ok, might just venture over to danbury thursday...i will let you know.

Yep will do, prob be thursday having the stiches out wednesday...........yeah it seems ok only done around easy 6 miles, physio said last week it would be 6 weeks, but i will just try to ease into it (6 weeks early lol) funny thing was as i went out for the first time this morning bumped straight into festa so being the guy he is, he went home got his bike and came out, nice to have a bit of company just in case there was a prob with it ;) But it looks like its onwards and upwards.... :crazy:

:thumbup: Thats great news, you,ve pretty much been out of action since i started. waaay back in august. Come to think of it ive spent 5 weeks of that sofa surfing.

Sorry Muzza its a no no tomorrow, the surgeon almost gave me a black eye when i told him what im planning tomorrow !, so im gonna give it one more week and just do some XC meanwhile :problem:

Did the same to mine 2 years ago, fortunately I get private medical insurance through work so once i finally got the muppet GP to refer me to a speciallist it got sorted straight away. I actually walked out the hospital 3 hours after the op. Went stir crazy for the 2 weeks of rest though.

Thankfully its all sorted and I have no issues with it. But i do get real tight muscles in that leg so have to do lots of stretches

Good to hear you are all sorted
