If you've never done the XC at Aston i would recomend a pre visit!

Brilliant... should be a nice ride over em type of race then..

Agree should do a pre recce their before... hopefully it'll be dry by Sept... Here's living in hope eh!!!

Which category I should enter: [Open], [Sport 17+] or [Master – 30 to 39 – Male only].

Of what I read I should go with the open category?

If points need licence and British Cycling .
Fun age and parts suited .

I'm 37. Sport category seems to be 19-39 according to the MSG website unless this is a typo. What is the difference between Open and Master categories?

it may start of as FUN but once you get bit it changes to being a competive loser ( in my case )
Un like London marathon when everybodies a winner....

Must meet up I am in Rainham.
The Chase and Ingrebourne are always fun training grounds and a bit of everthing can be found if you know where to look.
