For sure!

I was just speaking with Spencer and said I think we want to move it to something you have done rather than won... fast xc races are great fun and all that but perhaps what we need is something more like we have with our races - a decent challenge that is 'fun'.

exactly, an adventure race ;)

If I do it it'll be the 2 hour. Are entries via BC closed now? Don't seem to be able to enter via their site. Also is the 1 hour full as that's missing off the adventure race site.

Booking at nuclear-races.co.uk
Got a quick reply

Quote:
Due to low numbers in the 1 hour race we have closed booking and move into the 2 hour, therefore we are only offering the 2 and 4 hour.
As for booking all booking is done on our website http://www.nuclear-races.co.uk
British cycling are helping with this event.

Hope this helps

Hi all,
NUMBER 118 came through yesterday.
4 hours of fun. Hope it keeps raining so it makes the track suitable to me. ( slow everyone down to my level and those that are fair weather riders might turn up so get a head start straight away.
Let me know your numbers and I will keep a eye on you as you pass me.
afew times.

Hi Stumpie,
I dont need incouraging.
I first read it as TRASH and thought of my poor bike.
But superman and robin will fix it.
It is hundred times smother than this time last week -once the gears make the wheels go round I will be able to get up hill as well as freeride down them.
Working the night shift all next week so have plenty to say on the forum ,
It should be a real pleasure to race Sunday as BB was well gone . cranks replaced new chain bearings bolts cassette .
Next on list is a head pice for the front forks.
good as new with dents and scratches of past battles with gravity.
keep laughing
Bob
