Not all bad if they get the go ahead to rebuild, they'll be able to recreate the best bits and amend some other parts if it needed it, plus their building skills will have improved with practice so it should be back better than it was before, looked pretty epic though ! !!

Yeah but seeing it all get ripped down was heartbreaking...Fingers crossed that get the go ahead..... sure did look a nice place....
