Ok so I have oakley goggles which do have some vents on the lens but find they mist terribly after i have done a few runs and push back up so before investing ( the grand sum of £8) in some anti fog spray I wondered what others do? Or which spray you'd recommend?

I have the muc off one and that worked ok.. ive heard a bit of washing up liquid does the trick as well. its worth experimenting

Since I switched of better vented lenses I haven't had to worry however...

The goggles are well vented, I just cook up and get sweaty so need something, cheers for idea bough Karve

Cut the vent covering off!

If you have them on your face when you are not moving they will fog end of

Before a run I sometimes swing mine about a bit to clear them then pop them on and off I go

Hand soap also works, smear it on then polish it off.

Use a pencil to push some holes through the thin foam layer above the lense

Agree with this. I pretty much always take mine off after a run. its a bit of a pain riding 4x or my local bmx track as runs are no longer than few mins (if that) but I never had any problems with smiths or 100%s fogging up.

My goggles are old and lenses a bit scratched so went drastic and drilled small holes around the edges works a treat and don't notice them at all

I just got a pair of smith option turbo googles with a built in fan but havent used them yet. I'm off to afan next week so will try them out then and report back. 39.99 from freestylextreme.com.

I use the muc-off anti-fog and have had great results, a bottle has lasted 6 months so far with 2 sprays per week.

All great thoughts thanks, though not quite ready to drill through my relatively new Oakley goggles just yet, so will try muc off first.
