One of my team at work has a 4 Bedroom House for Rent on Pentre Nicklaus Village Estate in Llanelli, South Wales (SA15 2DE) which is only 27 miles from Afan forest.

I know from past experience lodgings have been hard to find and ended up camping, but who wants to camp in the winter. This place has secure facilities to lock up bilkes and gear overnight and if 7 people go and take along sleeping bags to share beds it only works out at just under £19 each.
