A big thanks to Colin (never met him before) over at Epping today who took an hour out of his ride to show me and my friend round after we simply asked directions to the trails

He kindly suggested we join his group however after 5 mins it was clearly obvious we where holding them up, but despite us suggesting we break off and do our own thing he stayed back and showed us round for over an hour before cutting through to rejoin his group only after giving us clear directions back to the car park

Having come from a golfing back ground (last 25 years every weekend) its refreshing to meet genuinely nice people who are happy to help strangers, I have yet to meet an unhappy mountain biker which is just the polar opposite of the average golfer who generally hates his life, your life and everything else whilst playing golf

you havent had the pleasure of me riding with you yet lol
